  6. I did full scans with Windows Defender and MBAM. Zero returns, though there was a trojan in old quarantine with Windows Defender from May that I removed.

  10. Alright, all google and sling applications have been uninstalled.
  11. I assume you meant Addition.txt. Chrome is currently fully uninstalled after desyncing/removing and deleting all sync data. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  12. That solution has been attempted twice with unsuccessful results.
  13. Previously, it was happening in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. The previous user helping me seemed to be able to free up the other two. Now it is only happening in Chrome.
