Hi and Help! My Dell desktop running Vista Ultimate SP2 has become infected with packed.win32.tdss.w according to ZoneAlarm Extreme. ZoneAlarm finds it but can not get rid of it. I read about Malwarebytes and downloaded it. I installed it but when I try to run it - it does not run. User Account Control pops up, I hit continue and malwarebytes does not run. i tried running it in a command line mode iwth both the /quickscan and /fullscan but that does not run either. I tried Hijackthis, and that results in a blue screen of death. Can you Help me? Mike
