Ran the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool without indicated results. A few comments
1. My computer is a Windows 8 computer
2. FRST64 and Fixlist.txt are on my Desktop.
3. When I ran FRST64 it ran for awhile and then "hung". The message was "Deleting temporary files C:\users\paulm_000\App Data\Local\Temp"
4. When I attempted to turn off window, I received a message "Application not responding . . ."
5. Forced Reboot.
Relevant files currently on my desktop are
FRST64.exe
FRST.txt
Addition.txt
fixlist.txt
Fixlog.txt (which is attached)
Scan History Log.txt
What should I do next?
PS When the problem is solved, I'll be happy to provide you with compensation.

As previously mentioned several times a day, when MalwareBytes runs it indicates PUM.Bad.Proxy has infected my computer, which I quarantine. This several times a day process gets to be an irritation which I'd like prevent in the first place.
Any suggestions?

Every day and at least 4 times per day, my Malware Bytes detects PUM.Bad.Proxy and I remove it. Is there a way to eliminate this frequent interruption?
