  1. Zoek results file attached Has cause of trouble been eliminated? zoek-results.txt
  2. Ran the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool without indicated results. A few comments 1. My computer is a Windows 8 computer 2. FRST64 and Fixlist.txt are on my Desktop. 3. When I ran FRST64 it ran for awhile and then "hung". The message was "Deleting temporary files C:\users\paulm_000\App Data\Local\Temp" 4. When I attempted to turn off window, I received a message "Application not responding . . ." 5. Forced Reboot. Relevant files currently on my desktop are FRST64.exe FRST.txt Addition.txt fixlist.txt Fixlog.txt (which is attached) Scan History Log.txt What should I do next? PS When the problem is solved, I'll be happy to provide you with compensation.
  3. As previously mentioned several times a day, when MalwareBytes runs it indicates PUM.Bad.Proxy has infected my computer, which I quarantine. This several times a day process gets to be an irritation which I'd like prevent in the first place. Any suggestions?

  7. Every day and at least 4 times per day, my Malware Bytes detects PUM.Bad.Proxy and I remove it. Is there a way to eliminate this frequent interruption?
