Hello, I have a windows XP with Server 2008 R2 that has been infected with virus/spyware. I can open Anti-Malwarebytes BUT can't update the Anti-Malwarebytes and also can't run scan my computer. I always get this messege when I try to run it " Malwarebytes Anti-Malware has stopped working." Help needed please. Thanks... The symptoms I have on my desktop are: 1. Desktop backgroup picture gone and now displays black color 2. These Files can't be opened (Your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened) 3. Can't run Malwarebytes 4. All my files are hidden. Thank you.
