Thank you for your reply to my comment. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to run my anti-malware program. My IT person told me this program is both an anti-virus and anti-malware software. I hope he is correct as I have no other program currently installed for those purposes. As I stated initially, I cannot get the program to open, by either clicking on the desktop icon or by going to programs, Malwarebytes, and open button. Nothing happens at all. I went to you website and ran the Chameleon steps and go no results. What do I need to do now?"
