  1. Thank you, that did the trick. I ran a scan and found pup.spigot.A, conduit.a, and a third one I forgot the name. I had those 4 or 5 times in the past and quarantained them only to see them pop up again. But as you said it allowed the program to update the database. Do you have an idea what to do with these 3 remaining threats? Thanks you again for your quick reply. Jake
  2. I get a message that my database is out of date and I select update but nothing happens. Then I went to the program to update from there and again it looks like nothing happens. What can/should I do? Thanks for any pointers. Jake
