Hi I note your comments, I have deleted all items downloaded to the laptop that I am aware of. I'm not sure if this is all the cracks, where are these stored and how can I locate them? Are these actual files? I can't see anything specific in add/remove programs. Thanks

Hi MalwareBytes won't let me export the log file, it shuts down each time. Also the log is empty - it contains no information. Thanks

Hi After running the scan and removing several infections I now get a series of bad image errors. They read as follows : ".. is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." Any way to fix this? Many thanks
