I actually was able to remove the infection using TDSS Killer. I see know remnants of it now. I will be checking throughout the day and will let you know if it reappears.

I have situation where multiple iexplore.exe instances are running in background consuming LOTS of cpu and an ever-growing amount of memory until I end process and then they pop back in within 10 seconds or so. I think something is trying to "phone home" but can't pinpoint anything. Ran malwarebytes, it removed some stuff, still happening. Ran again, scan came back clean. Ran combofix, log is attached. but issue is still occurring. Any assistance would be appreciated. ComboFix.txt
