  1. I've sent an email to them but I also thought I'd try to get some help on here as well...why do I have to go through eval support? I'll take help from whatever avenue is the fastest.
  2. I'm currently evaluating the Enterprise Edition. When items are detected on clients, and the policy doesn't have Auto Quarantine selected, how are the detected threats cleaned up (i.e. deleted). If Auto Quarantine is turned on, and items are quarantined, can they be un-quarantined (restored) in the Management Console? Thanks in advance.
  3. As the subject says...why can't I get a hold of anyone to purchase the Enterprise edition? Why are there several complaints of this very thing on your forums? Kind of makes me leary to spend thousands of dollars with you.
