I have searched online and it seems like there should have been something in the email when we purchased the console. There was not in the email we received. So, is there an admin guide and if so how do I get it?

Lazz, It looks like I jumped the gun on this. I do have my client pane set to auto refresh. It looks like I just had not waiting long enough. The name has changed on the machine. Thanks --Jason

I am using MEE and have installed the client on a number of computers. I have changed the name on one of these computers, however the MEE still displays the old name under the clients view. When I select that client and look at the system logs it shows the new name. The client info still shows the old computer name. Will this change?
