  1. Hmm, my AV program does not have a firewall so it can't be blocking my connection to MBAM, and my firewall i do use is windows, (and I have already got it on the list of exceptions). In my quote earlier I said it was error code 732 (0, 0), doesn't that have anything to do with it. Thank you Yardbird
  2. Well there is nothing really covering my problem, I've gome to MBAM forums, and followed their "steps to help my issue" but it isn't working. I am connected to the internet, work offline isnt checked, and I have reinstalled MBAM,on many occasions. It just keeps freezing when i try to update, maybe i have a bug, but I will keep on trying, till I get this issue resolved. Thank you Yardbird for your patience and helping me in this matter
  3. YardBird, thank you for your patience on this matter. I've tried reinstalling MBAM, checking my ie (Firefox is my main browser), and still nothing , thank you for help in this matter
  4. My Internet is not connected, I am getting an error code 732 (0, 0), and it says contact you guys, It has been like this for awhile, I am currently living in a dorm room with a DSL connection. Help if you can but i have only got like 3 months left, cheers
  5. I' cannot update my malwarethebytes, I have done everything from turning off my firewall ( I use windows), and the only anti-virus I use is AVG free. Plz help, my last update was in June.
