Hi sorry about the late reply I have only just got round to looking at my laptop. I downloaded the anti-maleware program and it detected and went about fixing. However, after I did the update and restarted my computer home screen was black so I did a system restore on my computer to the previous day. Just to clarify should I have brought the software to fix the problem? Sorry again

Hi, yeah I will be attempting it. Just seems strange to me as I tried doing this a couple of weeks ago and it came up with an error. So now I am a bit cautious over the pop up wondering if its legit or not

Hello, I have found out that my computer has a virus called Yontoo 2.051 and I am able t get to the uninstall page however, it is asking me: - Welcome to the Yontoo Uninstaller. Please follow the directions below to continue with uninstall. Please close all browsers before you continue. Please type the characters in the image above into the field below and click the 'Begin Uninstall' button. My question is if I do this will the virus be removed? Or is there a catch just wondering why its asking me to write the letter in. Just a little wary due to it actually being a virus. Anyone that can shed some light on the situation would be appreciated. Thank You

Hello, I current have found a malware virus on my laptop Yontoo 2.051. I have tried uninstalling it however, this does not work as an error appears saying "setup initialization error' at the top of the message bar 'tarma' installer. I have searched for this on my programs but cannot find it. I have looked for possible solution but no such joy. If anyone could help would be much appreciated thank you as my kapersky program has just picked this up and informed me.
