Do I need to run mbam check again? Ensuring that mbam is running when doing the mbam check. I can only allow mbam to run is safe mode, because otherwise my computer freezes up and won't respond to anything.

I ran mbam clean then reinstalled mbam as admin. I went to mbam settings/protection/scan options/more info....then computer locked up again. I restarted in safe mode ran FRST1 is with mbam running...then restarted with mabm disabled and ran FRST2. Addition1.txt Addition2.txt FRST1.txt FRST2.txt

should I run mbam clean again before running installer to install mbam as admin? thx

i ran mbam clean in safe mode.....reinstalled per instructions.....everything seemed to be working fine, but as i was setting up my protection settings in mbam my computer locked up again....tried to restart, but got booted to login screen...computer still would not respond....had to restart in safe and disable mbam on win star up again to get working... ok....after i uninstall from safe mode....then what? how do i reinstall mbam?

hello sorry i had go on a trip for my work....short notice......i am back now.......if i start in safe mode, do i uninstall mb like normal? (from unistall programs through windows) or do i run the mbam clean from safe mode? thanks for the help

norton says FRST is unsafe. i downloaded mb check and when i try to run it my computer goes unresponsive again. MBAMSERVICE.LOG

i downloaded the mb clean. when i tried to use it (click on it)...i get everything unresponsive again. had to restart to get computer to do anything. i'm sure i'm not goming to be able to get any logs from mb. as i click mb everything is locked up.

I've been running malewarebytes for yrs. A few days ago it prompted for download of newest version.....i downloaded......after download mb went automatically to scan...after scan it hung up for hours.....my computer (WIN 7) would not respond to anything......i tried restarting a few times, but my computer would just get hung up ..once on login screen ....next i got to desktop screen, but not responding to anything. I had to restart in safe mode and disable malewarebytes from auto run on startup....computer works normally with mb not running....tried starting malewarebytes...computer becomes totally unresponsive again.
