I was working on my computer today when it, all the sudden, froze up, it showed me a screen saying I was in violation of numerous laws and had 72 hours to pay $300 using a greendot prepaid credit card. I was reading different comments and ideas on this forum but really I look forward to resolve the issue without loosing my personal documents. Appreciate your support. Thank you in advance..
