I was hoping someone could manually analyze the program.

I've been alerted that there are multiple versions of a program called GifCam lurking about, some of which are infected. This is the link I downloaded the .exe from: http://www.bahraniapps.com/apps/gifcam/gifcam.php. Could someone analyze the file for me?
