  1. thanks for your help but i went ahead and reformatted the laptop.
  2. well for starters regular mode opens 80+ processes that require the majority of the physical memory. When i open Malwarebytes the administrator pops up i hit run then the main window never opens.

  4. I finally got junkware remover and adwcleaner able to run but now when i try to run malwarebytes it shows up in the processes but it never pops up. (in safe mode)

  8. Trying to clean out a coworkers dell laptop after much of an ordeal to even install malwarebytes. The scan will run for a bit then stop responding. attach.txt dds.txt
  9. So a coworker asked me to clean up their dell laptop because its running slow. So i installed malwarebytes (which was an ordeal in itself). Now when i run the scan the program stops responding. was hoping to get some help.
