Hi C., I have finally had a chance to try Your suggestion, however, when I try to boot from the USB, I get a black screen where is says "Missing operation system" and a blinking cursor - I can't write or do anything - any suggestions? Ram123

Hi, I am writing you because my computer has been infected with a "white screen"/ Ransom virus.I can not start the computer in any kind of safe mode and when it starts up in normal mode the screen goes white and then I am asked to pay a certain number of USD to be able to use my computer again, I have had a similar virus before, but managed to remove it - this time it is a different story! I have tried the HItman Kick boot start from a USB stick with no luck and I have tried the Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10, with it seeming to have any effect what so ever! I just get a screen giving me Three options to start using Hitman Pro, with out any effect. I really don't know wht to do! I hope you can help me. Ram123
