Deadpool

Ive noticed that cpu is at 100% usage while i only have a google chrome and skype opened then i remembered that one of the things i downloadet may have been infected even thought i scanned it and even now i scan but still nothing found if someone can help tnx in advance Im running windows 7 32 bit ultimate
