One account on the PC is infected even after running MALWARE BYTES and Norton full scans and reboots. Other accounts are OK. When attempting to log in, we get a DOS screen that says '... cannot run ... find ... UDj4ABg.exe .. not a system file... ' Then the screen is blank. Mouse pointer responds and cntr-alt-del works to change user. When starting TASK MANAGER, the following processes are running (first 3 are on my work PC too so are OK) 1) taskmgr.exe 2) winlogon.exe 3) csrss.exe 4) dwm.exe 5) pctstray.exe 6) atieclxx.exe the following may also be running: taskeng.exe (daughter read these off to me and she might of gotten confused.
