ok thanks for all the help....and one last question when i open the pc it shows a black screen that last only 2 secs.i can choose between microsoft windows module recovery and microsoft windows xp.how do i disable it?

so we are done? or is there anything else we should do?

as you can understand they haven't reply yet and i dont think they will do it soon.is there any other av i can install to do my job?

even without av installed is there a way to scan my externals without getting infetcted?

i gonna reinstall eset 4,becase only in safe mode i am able to access the internet

well the internet is really slow for no reason and this site is one of the few i still have access

i updated windows installer and i installed also eset smart security 6 but i cant activate it.and their knowledge base isnt that kind of helpful
