Thx for the assist, i have been driving myself insane for the last 3 days on this. heck I'm actually all ready for a clean install, but i really don't want to if i can avoid it. FYI something new has occurred since the last post as one of my next solutions was to use an older restore point but guess what that are all missing... thx again ADAM attach.txt CheckResults.txt dds.txt

so i keep getting a mouse hang, basically every few seconds my mouse hangs, i have tried a bunch of fixes including running dells disk doctor which said nothing was wrong, anti virus stuff, running MWB, finally fed up i was going to do a system restore and i go in to find that all my restore points have been deleted. I have a DDS file snapshot that i have taken but i have no idea how to read the thing...
