1. delete Malwrebytes file you downloaded. 2. Go to Malwarebytes site and dowlod it again. BEFORE you download and save, change the file name (leave the extension the same .exe) 3. Save it to desktop Double click on the file name on your desktop, it will run now.

I have been trying to fix my compiter for 6 days and still no success. I would appreciate any help I ran Win XP sp3 Kaspersky detects Rootkit.Win32.TDSS.a but cannot remove it. Malwarebytes detects uacinit.dll but cannot remove it. Each time I startup the computer those files re-appear.
