Doppelganger

Considering just how many people including myself are having the same issue, there must be a single cause. Running PRO was fine until very recently. I have removed the PRO version and gone back to the free version because waiting 20 minutes to use my computer is not on and life is too short! When a solution is eventually found, then I may try the PRO version again…
