I have tried that through the setup. Unfortunately, I don't have another Windows computer to try this on. I believe Macs don't use .exe files, so that might be the problem. Is there any other way of going about fixing this?

Alright, well I downloaded it and I burned the .exe file onto a CD from my Mac. I tried to boot my Windows computer on with it but it won't go through, saying something about Selected boot device not available. Could it be because I burned from a Mac?

The computer also happens to be running on Windows XP.

Hey guys, So I guess this has been going around lately. I've tried starting the computer multiple times on regular boot mode, safe mode, safe mode with networking and the thing keeps popping up within seconds. I have no idea how to get rid of it and I have no idea where to start. Any help would be amazing. It's on the only Windows computer I have at home. My other two computers are Macs, if that information is relevant.
