  1. After running malwarebytes to try and get rid of win32/zaccess.ee I was asked to restart my computer. After restarting windows could not start. The first message i get is: "WIndows failed to start. A recent hardwae or software change might be the cause. if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, choose start windows normally." Starting either option ends with the same screen that says "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or terminated. If this is the first time you've seen this error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode. Technical information: ***STOP: 0x000000F4 [hex values] Collecting data for crash dump... Initializing disk for crash dump... Beginning dump of physical memory... Dumping physical memory to disk: [counts from 0 to 100] Then the screen restarts and goes back to the ""WIndows failed to start." message. Can you please help me cure my computer? Thank you, Avery
