Hi there I got the Live Security Platinum virus today - probably from whatever sites I was browsing at the time. I was unable to continue working as each time I clicked anything the usual messages would come up. It seems to have taken hold but I shut down my computer and I am now running in safe mode. I'm on a netbook running Windows XP Home Edition and I use Firefox. There are several options for removing this virus online but I am nervous about trusting instructions from sites that I don't know. I am also not hugely technical (although not clueless) and feel I need step by step. Many thanks
