Exploit.Drop.3 False Positive?

Hey I get a message that the attached file is linked to exploit.drop.3 I get this message everytime when I start my poker client (eventhough I put the file in quarantane before). I also scanned it with an online scanner, which didnt find anything wrong with this file. So I thought it might be a false positive. jna8481396431824859414.rar
