Hi I am completely new here but I am here because I am getting desperate. I have had this random infection that keeps playing sound clips on my computer. When it does my speeds decrease dramatically and I lag like crazy. I am wondering whether I can get some help here that I will be able to understand (because I am not the most skilled Laptop user) But after hearing the beginning of KONY 2012 14 times, I NEED TO FIX IT.
