MalwareBytes removed 'System Check' but no files left

VidE posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

MalwareBytes removed 'System Check' but almost no files are left. Or (hopefully, at least it appears that way). On an HP laptop with Win7 Home Edition. Any ideas as to what's going on.
