The silverlight application is hosted on a different domain to the host page. Is it possible the cross domain call is being blocked?

I am getting an error message showing that malware was detected when I try to load page with a Silverlight Application (which it is not). Is there a settign in Malware Pro that needs to be set so that this error does not happen? Thanks Bruce
