  1. Thanks, Firefox, for your prompt and helpful feedback!

I appreciate your warm welcome :) and your support -- and before beginning the reinstall process, I have a couple of quick questions I should probably review with you first:

-- I am currently running a free, full trial of MB which is within 3 days of expiring. If I clean my computer using mbam-clean.exe as you've recommended, will this allow me to reinstate the free, full trial all over again?

-- I am also running a few other security and remote access programs, and I wanted to make sure there is no known MB conflict with these apps:

    ` PCTools

    ` Spybot

    ` CCleaner

    ` Carbonite

    ` DropBox

    Thanks!

  2. I was interested in taking advantage of the malicious website blocking feature provided by Malware Bytes, and I was ready to purchase the MB software this morning, but then I discovered this website blocking feature is apparently not working.

-- I confirmed that I had website blocked turned on by following these instructions

-- I tested the blocking function using your IP test page

...and I received the following test page message: "If you are able to reach this page it means that IP protection is disabled on your machine."

    In addition:

-- I've tried on multiple occasions to find a way to toggle "Website Blocking" on from the MB icon in the system tray, and neither right or left clicking does anything.

-- I've found several posts in this forum indicating this function is not working.

Is there a bug in the system? If so, where can I follow status updates on the fix?

Is there a way to troubleshoot the problem? If so, what needs to be done to activate this protection?

    Thanks,

    Metta
