  2. Thank you for your quick reply If a computer has been infected and the infection has been removed or blocked can parts of it remain in the hard-drive? Would that be why my IP address looses its protection?

This has been happening daily and I want to stop it but don't know how According to my Malwarebytes Antivirus I have phases in which my IP isn't protected and there are numerous IP-Blocks that need to be made. Today is the worst than I have ever seen it Type: outgoing Port: keeps changing Process: firefox.exe If I was to un-install and then re-install firefox, would that help?
