Thanks, guys. I also run my norton antivirus scan, but it did not detect anything other than low risk cookies. They also got a hold of my CC number, not sure if it is related to this. Could I have an undetected trojan? I have changed all my passwords- What else do you recommend? Should I restore my laptop to factory settings? What's the downside? thank you!
