Help Please - Application Error

I'm using RogueRemover 1.24 in Windows XP. When I do a scan and try to remove the items listed I get an Application Error: "The instruction at 0x01fd32e6 referenced memory at 0x01fd32e6. The memory could not be read."

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Thanks for any help as I'm not very computer literate.

That could be a memory issue on your computer. You may wish to try using this:

and then try Rogue Remover again. You may also wish to consider using MalwareBytes Antimalware program.

Thanks so much for your help. The first option didn't work, but then I downloaded MalwareBytes Antimalware program and that worked great.
