Can't remove Rootkit.TDSS and Trojan.DNSChanger

Hello.

Over the past few days, my computer has been having problems with multiple viruses. Originally, it was Malware Defenses, but soon included a redirect virus and Internet Security 2010.

At first, I was unable to run any anti-virus program, including Malwarebytes. This changed after I renamed the main .exe for Malware bytes. Everything seems clean now, except for these two.

Malwarebytes is finding these two viruses but does not remove them. They are found again after each reboot.

Any assistance would be appreciated. (I can post my hijack logs if that would help)
