FastStone Image Viewer flagged as Trojan.Dropper ??

This may be fixed already , please update and scan again . If that file is still detected please zip and attach a copy of uninst.exe to your next post .

if that files already removed by MBAM, is it possible to redetected or i install it again then run full scan ?

I am unable to replicate this with the supplied file . Are you 100% sure you are attaching the same file we are detecting in your system ?
