Alpha Anti-virus

Before I download this program, I want to know if it will sucessfully remove the Alpha Antivirus virus.

I have had this same sort of virus in the past and got rid of it with NoAdware but it isn't touching it this time. I've gone through a couple of manual removal instructions but I'm not finding any of the files or registry entry's listed. So I guess I'm going to have to trust a program to remove it or reinstall my @&%*# computer! Most of us know how we all love to do that!

Is it too much to hope I'll get an answer from a tech at Malwarebytes and they will have an honest answer?
