    hi thank you for the quick response. So i didn't need to disable my real-time protection or microsoft smartscreen, i did disable fast start-up, and created a system restore point. these are the report file in order. AdwCleaner[S00].txt Malwarebytes Scan Report 2024-10-03 125135.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
