I forgot to mention that I deleted Chrome as a result of these malwarebytes alerts using revo uninstaller - not sure if this of assistance.

Hello, Any assistance gratefully received! Malwarebytes has just recently started flashing up that the program blocked a site redirect to an unknown website due to Riskware. This occurred on both chrome and edge browsers (but not Firefox). I ran a full scan with MB (Premium) and nothing was subsequently found. I also ran a scan with Bitdefender AV (Total Security) which also found nothing although a full Windows Defender Scan concluded my PC is infected with Trojan: Win32/Wacatac.B!ml. Despite attempts at deleting the files this scan has found they appear again and again and I am not sure what to do next. Looking online this looks a particularly problematic virus so any suggestions on how to address would be most appreciated. Thanking you in advance for any assistance!
