solution to the problem: remove all windows updates and all installed packages .net install dotnet-sdk-6.0.425-win-x64.exe and reload pc, malwarebytes work's fine.

this worked for me, but is it possible to solve the problem without such "crutches"?

When Malwarebytes starts up I get the message: You must install .NET Desktop Runtime to run this application Architecture:X64 App host version: 6.0.28 Would you like to download it now? Learn more about runtime installation: https://aka.ms/dotnet/app-launch-failed When I hit the "yes" button nothing happens. The modify button in the control panel is blanked out.
