    Just rescanned before doing as you mentioned and it showed up on the third scan, again only with rootkit scan. I'm assuming it is something to do with Malwarebytes as it is in the programdata folder and as Porthos explained to me in a message previously. If it is nothing to be concerned about I will proceed with KpRm.

    That appears to have fixed it. I do appreciate the assistance from both of you.

    It only appears with rootkit scan enabled, which seems to be the issue itself. I do believe I am good based off your assessment.

    Yes it was enabled, I've always had it enabled and it never appeared before. I did turn it off. AdwCleaner[S00].txt Malwarebytes Scan Report 2024-08-02 010754.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt

    Need help removing this. Keeps reappearing after quarantine, usually accompanied by a String-Not-Added action.
