  1. Thank you for this! Things are looking better. Here is the log: Fixlog.txt
  2. I have followed the instructions for the force reset, and I no longer have the extension, but I'm still being told my browser is managed. I also cannot delete the chrome policy as I keep getting an error message.
  3. Oh, I apologize for my misunderstanding. I can tell the malware has returned because I keep seeing extensions on my chrome that I've never downloaded, and I'm being told that my browser is managed. When the virus is on my computer, my searches also get redirected to different browsers such as Bing or Yahoo and my chrome tabs sometimes crash.
  4. I hope this is the screenshot you were looking for, here is the new set of logs: SecurityCheck.txt Malwarebytes Scan Report 2024-07-23 000859.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt FSS.txt

  6. I received some help on this forum very recently relating to virus removal, and for a day, the malware was gone. However, it returned this afternoon, and I want to know if there's anything I can do to make sure it's gone for good. I've been dealing with this since April, and I haven't been able to remove it for more than two weeks or so. If there's anyone that can help me out, I'd be very appreciative!
  7. Thank you for your advice! This has been very helpful. I will be sure to follow these steps.
  8. Thank you so much for your help with this!! In terms of the malware returning, I used to remove it by deleting the Chrome policy through the Registry Editor or doing a scan with MalwareBytes and quarantining. After a couple weeks or so, I would notice my browser being marked as "managed by my organization" again. Another sign it came back is my Google searches being redirected to Bing or Yahoo even though Chrome is my default. My Chrome would also crash, and I'd have to restart my computer. The last time it came back, I couldn't even delete the Chrome policy from the Registry Editor. I'm glad to have found a fix here.
  9. Thanks for your help! Things are looking better as I'm no longer being told that my browser is managed. However, I'm still wary as the malware continues to return. Here are the required logs: cureit.log Fixlog.txt
  10. Thank you for your reply! Here are all the logs I've saved throughout the process: Addition.txt FRST.txt AdwCleaner[C00].txt AdwCleaner[S00].txt Malwarebytes Scan Report 2024-07-20 175929.txt
  11. I know that my PC is infected with malware, but after multiple scans, MalwareBytes continuously finds nothing. May I get some help with this?
