  1. After purchasing Malwarebytes, I received the welcome email with the invitation to activate, although I thought I had done that when I purchased. So, I did that again. A screen popped to say it was activated. I clicked "Finish", and behind it was another screen that said, "Device activation failed. Please try again." I did it again; same result. Yet Malwarebytes actually seems to be activated and working, and nothing says it hasn't been activated. I went into my profile and noticed my phone number was not there. I clicked "edit," and entered it. When I clicked "save," I got the red warning, "Phone number is not valid." I entered it again without the country code with the same result, and again without dashes, and again the same result. So, entering my phone number is not possible.
