I'm a windows 10 user and just today I started receiving random twitter password reset requests on my phone number and email when I didn't initiate them, which made me believe there might be some kind of phising malware in my pc, so I went to download malwarebytes. But after downloading, I can't open the installer, windows says "this app can't run on your PC". Afterwards I downloaded the malwarebytes repair tool, I clean uninstalled and tried to install the software from there but it's still not working. I generated a grab log from the software which is provided below, I'd really appreciate if someone can help on what's going on.
