  1. Thank you for your support. I now have A licensed VPN on each laptop and Cell phone.
  2. Support did not tell me that vpn for lifetime ( I have 3 licenses) users is "in the works"... Where would I find the expected roll out of that capabliity in ver 5? rebooting now will be back ...
  3. should I have the " Automatically download and install updates turned off? and will the latest and greatest known threats be installed on ver 4?....I assume that the ver 5 is primarily the MB interface
  4. OK, both laptops have the Ver 4 MB installed and the VPN is activated and running in the MB Privacy (vpn) app... Should I allow MB to now look automatically for the latest ver? or does it need to be stepped up?
  5. successfully installed the vpn app on my computer..now installing on my wifes computer...when done with that I will install ver 4 and update to latest version...Woot!..
  6. Once Ver 4 is installed. Will I be able to then download a seperate VPN App to then use my licenses I just purchased?
  7. I have been a Malwarebytes user since 2013. My 3 subscriptions are "Lifetime". I decided to purchase 4 licenses for VPN support. I am not able to activate the licenses on my windows computers. I opened a ticket with support and their response was not acceptable. I was not advised of this when I purchased the VPN licences. Supports email : That is correct, the newest version 5 of the Malwarebytes app already has the Premium Security and Privacy VPN all in one app. Unfortunately, if your Malwarebytes app has been updated, it can no longer go back to an older version as the older versions are no longer available for download. Additionally, Lifetime subscriptions were only offered for a limited time back then and these subscriptions cannot be modified (upgrade or add device seat). To get both security and VPN on your computer the option would be to get a new subscription, Malwarebytes Plus for that specific device. This is not an acceptable answer. I would like support to provide a way to downgrade my current version so that I may add vpn license. PLEASE ADVISE My current ticket is 4653412... I am sure this is Tier I support. I want to escalate
