The online scanner keeps crashing to me, I also can't scan with it since it glitches during 100% while I'm downloading the module update. Are there any alternatives?

This is my first time posting here, forgive my typos, english isn't my first language I recently noticed that my accounts got hacked, and all of them were logged in my infected computer. A few days ago, I tried scanning the PC with Malwarebytes, and removed the threats that were identified by the program, however, my accounts kept getting hacked even though I got 2FA on. I don't really doubt it's a virus, but not even other antiviruses identified it, almost like it's super "camouflaged"... I would really appreciate any help, specially because this worries me a lot.
