Thanks @AdvancedSetup! The computer is running great now. I'm no longer getting high CPU and GPU usage via "explorer.exe" -- Also Windows Update is working properly now since I had 5+ updates I had to install right after we removed the sign of infection.

I have Malwarebytes installed and getting pop ups for Blocked Website constantly from xmr.2miners.com When I run a scan and quarantine then delete -- they come back after the next scan.
