  1. Hello Maurice, Just want to provide you with an update on my PC. Earlier, I tried following the steps that you provided on the preliminaries for Sysnative. I stopped at step #3 because I couldn't download the ComponentScanner because the Sysnative website is under maintenance. I figured this could be due to the holiday. So I said to myself that I'll just resume it some other time. However, I realized that I have an old PC lying around that runs on Windows 10. I dusted it off, connected a mouse and keyboard in it. And connected it to the TV to serve as a monitor. I then proceeded in creating a bootable Windows 10 USB Drive. When the drive was created, I put it in my troubled PC, rebooted and reinstall the Windows 10 OS it asked for my license key, typed it in and VOILA! Everything is back in order. I was laughing to myself because my old neglected PC saved my day. What an experience. Again thank you so much for all the help that you provided. I already lost hope on this case but all your effort for the past few days gave me a glimmer of hope and made me hang on and keep on trying. Take care always. Until next time.. Ciao!
  2. Hello Maurice, I can't thank you enough for all the help that you have provided. I know you did your best. I'll provide you with an update with Sysnative, and thanks for recommending them. Have a great weekend.
  3. Hello Maurice, I really appreciate your time and effort that you have put into this problem of mine. It may have been late hours from where you are right now but you're still up and trying to help. This is a Desktop by the way. I already have backup and I did unplug all peripherals before running the media creation tool. The run has been completed and I tried checking the Windows Update and Windows Defender but they are still not working.
  4. Very pesky indeed. But I am confident you can eliminate this restriction and restore it in order. We just need some more time. Attached is the Round 5 Fixlog. Fixlog.txt
  5. The adwcleaner and malwarebytes scan results is attached. Plus the zip file of mbst-grab. mbst-grab-results.zip
  6. Hi there, Did a Windows Restart and then proceeded to Check for Updates. Here is the screenshot
  7. I already Merge the windefend.reg in Normal Mode. Followed your step to check MS Defender Update, right after I click "Open Windows Security" the it shows a screen with Security at a Glance on top and nothing else. There is no Virus and Threat Protection or Check for Updates that I can click. Please see attached screenshot.
  8. Hello @Maurice Naggar Good Day! My apologies if I seem impatient, it wont happen again. Please take your time and just respond whenever you're available. I will not do any changes on my computer. As matter of fact, I refrained from using it until the issue has been resolved. The files that you've mentioned has been downloaded a couple of days ago while I am trying to find a solution in this problem of mine. I found an article from various webpages (ex. technipages, minitool, tenforums and microsoft) that provided steps to fix the issue but to no avail. I haven't downloaded any more files nor programs into the computer since yesterday after I have read your response.
  9. Good Day Maurice! I appreciate your detailed response. I followed your instructions step by step and attached are the files and screenshots. I also read and understand the principle guide at the end of your response. I'll abide by it. Thank you mbst-grab-results.zip FSS.txt SecurityCheck.txt
