It didnt attach, but it detected a gamehack malware near the end of the microsoft defender scan

So Windows defender says i have 2 trojans but malware bytes and hitman pro say I don't, I am scared and confused please help me, I know that redline is a info stealer so that's why I am scared, and when I press remove the trojan on windows defender it doesn't let me at all.
